lists?

I'm not a big listmaker but I will say that your first point is important. I gave myself two days and yet I'm amazed at how much I've gotten done without a list and giving myself permission to take care of myself and rest. My first day back I had more energy than I anticipated but today - two days after getting home - my energy is sagging and it's okay. I still have plenty of memories and am accomplishing a lot. Keep tackeling those lists - you're obviously more organized than I am!
